Sd.Kfz.251 - The End - D-Day to Berlin

This is the old Tamiya Sdkfz.251 Hanomag Type C, 1/35. The coat color was dark-yellow of Vallejo (hand-painted). For the weathering I applied 3 tones of rust of MIG pigments. Pigments black and brown and a little mix of white with english red for the extra-rust tone.

The base of the scene I used:
* Plaster
* Airbrushed with flat-earth of Tamiya
* washes with humbrol mixed with oils
* set with earth pigments

Figure is of Verlinden and I painted with Vallejo acrylics and washes with oils.

It represent a Vehicle damaged and abandoned during the Normandy Battles and the road to Berlin. Unit unknown
