M16 Halftrack

The basic kit is the Tamiya M16 Halftrack with Eduard photoetch for additional detail. The rear suspension and tracks are from the Dragon M2 Hafltrack kit with K59 resin idlers and sprockets. The front wheels are from R&J Enterprises. The quad .50 cal turret is a left over from the AFV Club M35 Vietnam gun truck with some additional wiring added. The ammo boxes are from the Tamiya kit with Eduard photoetch. The front stowage is a set from Blast Models. The Jerry cans are from Formations. The spare ammo cans are from Tankworkshop. The rest of the stowage is from the spares bin. The figures are from the Tamiya kit with resin heads. The model was finished using Model Master enamals, oil washes and some pigments.
