M16 Halftrack

This is the M-16 GMC from Tamiya. I started and finished this about 2 years ago. I would have waited for Dragon's kit had I known...I added the Plus Model engine set. I made new engine louvers from .010 plastic. I re-used the old screw heads from the kit for detail on the new parts. I also added MV Lenses, a new winch, new cast resin tracks (for which I made the master for R & J Enterprises), new resin cast front wheels, decals to all the ammo bins, a new windshield and some Verlinden packs. The markings are a combination of Archer Transfers and stencils. I painted the vehicle with Testors olive and weathered with oils. The data plates are from Fingerprint Designs.
