This model represents an M151 as deployed by the 8th Canadian Hussars with the United Nations Emergency Force in the Sinai,1964.
The model was made by backdating the Tamiya 1/35 M151A2 MUTT to the M151 standard. This involved numerous detail changes and is in a rewarding and easy conversion. Drilling out all the blasted lightening holes in the wheels however is hard on the hands and patience. The markings are not available commercially and were a mix of hand painted items and my computer generated artowrk printed to blank decal stock with the kind assistance of Marc Bourque and his ALPS printer.
The ground work is the ever expensive and rare no name kitty litter, while the figure is a mix of Tamiya, Dragon and Ultracast parts
