T34/76 mod.1943

Russian T34/76 mod.1943 from Tamiya, during the snowmelting season in the ukraine late 1943, a "young?" T34 commander is looking around the terrain to locate his position on his map. Model from Tamiya built from the box with some minor changes, mudfenders front and rear have ben removed, antenna spring mounted,towing wires have been replaced with real wire (from a seat adjuster Ford Sierra).
Figure is from the kit with changes to the arms to fit holding of the map which is from Verlinden.
Model is painted with Tamiya acrylics and winterwashed Humbrol matt white thinned with chemical
clean benzine. Mud is made by cacaopowder and water. Marking back on turret handpainted reading: Stalinist
