Here are a couple of photos of a recently completed kit. It's the DML StugIIIB built out of the box, aside from a few modifications. It's supposed to represent a vehicle somewhere in the Balkans in 1941. I removed one of the rear fenders, added the stowage supports made from sheet styrene, and the two figures are Verlinden heads on a DML body (the commander) and a Tamiya body (other guy...). The kit is brush painted with various shades of brown on the hull bottom and tracks, and using PollyScale Panzer grey for the base color. I used oil and enamel rusty colors on the tracks, and used Humbrol Polished steel to represent worn areas. This color was buffed with a q-tip (cotton swab) to shine up some areas. The whole thing was mounted to the groundwork (white glue, dirt & water), then a generous coating of chalk pastels was applied. I put some of the dirt and white glue mix on the hull and running gear.
I have added new photos, replacing the old pair.
