I'm just your average French armour modeller except that due to my job (I’m a civil servant with the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs) I travelled around quite a bit. I was posted in Washington DC, Wellington New Zealand, London UK, and now Canberra, Australia.

I've been modelling off and on for about 35 years now (I just turned 41), I came back to modelling in 1990 after a long hiatus (I was collecting diecast cars at that stage). I lived in Washington DC at the time and made repeated trips to Aberdeen. The huge post-Gulf war display in Washington also made a big impression on me.

While in New Zealand, I joined my first modelling club, eventually entering the club committee and editing and producing its newsletter. I also discovered the Internet and Track-Link. I’ve since stuck with Track-Link in good times and bad times, making many friends (and a few enemies) along the way. I’m now proud to be a member of Track-Link’s admin team.

Another big step was starting an armour modelling club from scratch, I did that with a few close friends in 1999, when we created AMPS Paris.

My interests now lie with armoured tracked military vehicles from WWI to modern. One of my hobbies is to visit Military Museums around the world whenever I can

Current projects :

Challenger 2 Kossovo (Trumpeter + AA)
Type 89 JGSDF (waiting for PE and paint)
S-Tank B version (being painted)
Sovereign 2000 Panzer III A (waiting for minor assembly and paint)
Bergepanzer IIJ conversion (Alan + New Connection, just started)
