I am a Police Lieutenant. for a moderate size City. I build mostly armor, of any era. I got back into modelling around 1992 and have steadily "built" a collection of kits, with an ever present endeavor to "build the kits". Model building relieves the constant stressors of Police work. I used to enter into IPMS contests across NY State, and was successful in getting awards, but became disillusioned with the judging "personalities". Now I just build to display and occassionally show off on the net or local library displays, etc. I have found the "fun" in building once again!
