This series features the Marder III fielding the Soviet 76.2mm anti-tank weapon mounted on the Czech produced Panzerkampfwagen 38(t).

Of interest is the relative complexity of the construction of the gun shield, something not always captured well in various treatments of this vehicle, and the interior shots of the driver's compartment.

This series was shot in the wonderful Franch Army armour museum in Saumur, on the banks of the Loire River, in September 1997.
