Steyr RSO taken at the Auto & Technik Museum Sinsheim, Germany. I assume that the camoflaged one was re-built by Steyr, since their Company logo is painted on the doors. So, maybe it's a runner.
I'm not sure about the grey one, but at least in one picture one can see some kind of transmission.
Update 23.09.02: Thanks to "Waffen Arsenal Special Band 27" I found out that the camo Steyr RSO belongs to the Panzermuseum Munster which IIRC belongs to the German Bundeswehr.
