Image Library - Token System
The purpose to limiting image series download to participating site members only and then on a token basis is to reduce the overall data-transfer rates. From the previous version of Track-Link it was found that half the data-transfer was due to image library viewing.
Download Token Assignment
Download tokens can be earned by site members that in turn are used to download the zipped up image series. Members earn tokens by adding new content to the site. Tokens are automatically given for each accepted and published content item that they upload. For each type of content the following number of tokens are earned:

A member may download any series which they own at any time without using a token.
Asking for a Series
If you don't feel like participating in the site to earn downloads or you don't feel that you should have to pay for a CD-ROM then you can always use the contact form to request a series. |
