| Elefant Corporation Ltd. was formed in 1998 through a re-organization of Elefant Model Accessories. Elefant M.A. was established in 1996. It is located in Prerov, Czech Republic. The firm produces and markets internationally a line of 1/35 scale armour model accessories including turned aluminium gun barrels and vehicle width indicators, resin, white metal and photo-etch brass detail sets, decals and diorama accessories. The company owner, Vladimir Ziska, is a modeller himself. He was unsatisfied with the quality, accuracy and price of the accessories that were available for his hobby and decided to try and do better. Elefant is distributed world-wide through a series of exclusive distributors, including VLS in the US, Scotia Models in the UK and Tikka Enterprises in Canada. |
