Though a bit pricey, this is a nice plaster building set.  The inclusion of eight full window frames, a door and and some small architectural embellishments contributes to the higher cost.

The three-story corner building is comprised of five pieces; three make up the front wall, one piece serves as a damaged partial wall on the left of the building, as you would face it, and the final piece is a set of steps to the front door.  The building material is bricks or stone blocks with a stucco coating, and the structure would be suitable as a house, apartment, or even office building.

One quible about the design of the building is that the right corner does not mirror the corner column on the left  side.  Perhaps this is common in European buildings, but the effect gives a lopsided, incomplete look to the front facade---as if there is no wall on the right side.

While the included resin pieces are time-savers, the trim work is not complete.  There is no framing for the door.  The window frames fit fairly well.  If you plan on having the reverse side of the building visible, you'll need to finish the interior side of the window casing since the plaster walls tend to gap away from the frame most noticeably on that side.  The resin needed some clean-up, but it was not objectionable.  It would have been nice if Verlinden had included a couple extra frames to use in debris for the third floor.

There are some ornamental pieces that go under windows.  They are two different styles, so consult the photo on the box to get an idea of how to use them with some consistency.
